1. In order to better use the product, we strongly recommend to stick the car phone stand on the dashboard and the metal sheet on the back of the phone. After the stand is attached, please leave it idle for a few hours before placing the phone (24 hours is recommended, it may take longer) to increase the adhesion. It is recommended to stick the phone stand on the back of the phone and connect it directly to the magnetic base. It may not work through the phone case or protective case. The surfaces of car dashboards and the back of mobile phones need to be deeply cleaned.
2. Each mobile phone stand has a limit, if the phone size/weight exceeds the capacity of the stand, the function will be affected.
