Car AV Assist App
Car AV Assist App supports web browsing, home screen customization and other functions. You can bookmark websites that you want to enjoy in your car, register your favorite sports teams to receive real-time game updates, make notification settings for your smartphone, and more. The app also allows you to customize your receiver’s home screen, including adding your own background image, and easily perform OTA Firmware updates.
Web Browsing
By installing the CarAVAssist app on your smartphone, you can connect to the Internet and view any bookmarked sites that you have registered on the receiver display. Stream music and videos easily!
Apple CarPlay™
CarPlay is a smarter, safer way to use your iPhone while you drive. And now with an all new CarPlay Dashboard that helps you with tunes, turns, and Siri suggestions, a Calendar app that lets you view and manage your day, and maps that reveal more of what’s around you, getting there just got a whole lot easier. Bluetooth®

Waze Compatibility
Waze — a social GPS driving/navigation app that offers map, real-time traffic, and various other information for you to access on the large display of a compatible AV receiver. For safe driving, the AV receiver mutes music that is playing whenever the guiding voice emerges, so you can easily hear the guidance you seek. *Waze is only available via Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
Spotify®
Through Apple CarPlay™ and Android Auto™, you can now have the ability to control content from the Spotify app on iPhone devices. Play, pause and skip tracks, browse playlists, albums and radio stations on the go, directly from the dashboard.
